〖新加坡YCH物流〗集团成立于1955年,是新加坡最大和知名度最高的第三方物流和供应链解决方案提供商和运营商之一,物流服务网络覆盖东南亚、大中华地区和澳洲等11个国家的主要经济城市。叶水福物流集团于1992年进驻上海外高桥,并在中国设立了天津、杭州、厦门、深圳、广州、昆山、香港及澳门等分支机构,将中国市场分为华北,华东,华南三大区域。目前叶水福集团产品服务的领域共三类电子类、消费品类、化工医药。

Founded in 1955, is Singapore's largest and most famous of the third-party logistics and supply chain solution provider and one of the carriers, logistics service network covering 11 countries such as southeast Asia, greater China and Australia's main economic city. YCH logistics group in 1992 in Shanghai, set up in China and Tianjin, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Kunshan, Hong Kong and Macao. The Chinese market can be divided into north China, east China, south China three big area. The YCH group product service areas, a total of three types: electronics, consumer category, chemical medicine.

CFBM has been involved in property consultancy from the very beginning, offering value advice on a number of state-of-the-art facilities, design advice and management service advice. As the property manager for Eco-House, CFBM is committed to bringing Singapore model of apartment management, prioritizing humanity-oriented services and international community and fostering a leisurely and fresh community brand.

Orange County is located in Xiaotangshan, Changping, Beijing in the upper reaches of Wenyu River, occupying a total area of 190,000 square meters and a total floor space of 90,000 square meters. Green coverage amounts to 46%. It consists of 251 independent villas. This is the first upper class villa community in Beijing that has successfully integrated Northern European and North American residential styles. Property owners are celebrities from all spectrums of the society. Its stretches 1.6km along the river side and cover 200,000 square meters of landscape include nature forest, river side and surrounding park. Great Wisdom is located in the Financial Street Business District within the Western Second Ring Road of Beijing, occupying a total floor space of 8,000 square meters. CFBM is engaged to provide full consultancy service since 2011.

『富丁国际』地处于唐山市路北区核心位置,占地面积11000平方米,总建筑面积94000平方米,由两栋住宅楼及一栋写字楼组成。城市展望从项目开发之初即参与产品前期开发顾问工作,于2012年接管项目至今,以新加坡式优质管理,力争使项目成为区域内管理精品。

FuDing office building is located in  Tangshang, Heibei. It consists of apartments and office building with occupying a total floor space of 94000 square meters. CFBM is engaged to provide full consultancy and management service since2012.

 Fuxu Square is located in the east part of Tianjin with total of  350,500 square meters. A mixed development project with Residential, office and Shopping Mall. CFBM provided consultancy service.

『香花畦家园』位于顺义区后沙峪地区,占地138000平方米,建筑面积170000平方米,绿化率35%,建筑形式为高层建筑,共1070户。目前由均豪物业提供服务,城市展望受到发展商邀请,自20125月开始提供项目物业管理顾问服务。
 2U xianghuaqi is located in Shunyi District, Beijing, occupying a total area of 1380,000 square meters and a total floor space of 170,000 square meters. Green coverage amounts to 35%. It consists apartment buildings
